Cancellation policy

All Goddess Mami items are offered as pre-order or limited-release purchases.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. This includes changes to size, color, shipping address, or payment method.

Orders are processed immediately to secure production. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after checkout.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the issue.
